Our drivers are paid weekly, or they can choose to be paid daily with a small transactional fee for the card merchant.

There are two checks that you will need to undergo: a medical examination, and a DBS check.
A medical examination is needed to prove that you are in a fit state to drive your vehicle when working with the public. A TPH/204 Medical Form will be completed (And signed off by your GP), and the medical examination is completed by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA).
A DBS check will need to be done to check your criminal record beforehand. These checks last 3 months and are completed through the government website.
You will need to be proficient in the English language to become a PCO driver. This can be done in a number of ways:
Once you have completed these steps, you may now apply for a PCO licence! This now comes with one additional step.
You will need to take the TfL map-reading test to prove that you can successfully map-read and route plan. This topography test will ensure that you are well-versed in maps and can successfully travel in and around London.
